FC-5 Page 2 February 19, 2013 Comm. 123: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN (Res. 54-13) AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAI‘I, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, TO ACCEPT A REBATE FROM HAWAI‘I ENERGY; and (Bill 35) AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 12-86, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013 From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated January 30, 2013. Appropriates revenues of $35,000 in the Hawai‘i Energy Rebate - State account; and appropriates same to the LED Light Rebate Program account; these funds will be used towards future energy savings efforts by the Department of Public Works Traffic Division.
