She previously requested a presentation on the Solid Waste Division organics diversion program to better understand the scope of this program. She asked that these presentations be done prior to the council vote on Resolution 31-13. Upon receipt of the February 20, 2013 council agenda, I found that this resolution had been placed on the meeting agenda. Due to Ms. Wille's request for the presentations to be given prior to the vote, I am requesting that Resolution 31-13 be postponed from February 20, 2013 to March 28, 2013 to allow time for the Department to prepare these presentations and present them to the Environmental Management Commission at their February 27, 2013 meeting. Therefore I am requesting that the following items be agendized: March 12, 2013 Council Committees Department of Environmental Management Overview and Presentation of All Solid Waste Division contracts as stated in the first paragraph of this letter; Comm.
