Recommended <br /> for approval by the HCHA on February 19, 2013. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted a <br /> Resolution authorizing exemptions of certain code requirements, <br /> pursuant to section 201H-38 and section 46-15 of the HAWAI' I REVISED <br /> STATUTES for the housing units to be constructed by Kidds Development <br /> Corporation at Kumulani Gardens in South Hilo to the Hawai' i County <br /> Housing Agency and received approval on February 19, 2013.
