We are proposing the <br /> appropriation of$700,000 of the fund balance to the Geothermal—OCE account for use by the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by increasing the Geothermal <br /> Relocation and Community Benefit's Fund Balance from Previous Year revenue account by <br /> $700,000 and then appropriating it to the Geothermal—OCE account. <br /> The remaining balance of$1,753,810.24 in the Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefit <br /> Fund fund balance will be kept in reserve for future appropriation needs. <br /> Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd, <br /> Director of the Planning Department at 961-8288. <br /> Sin ely, <br /> William P.
