REQUEST: <br /> To allow the Department of Public Works, General Services Section to use and occupy the Honoka'a Vector <br /> Control Building as a satellite office and base yard. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Department of Public Works would like to allow the General Services Section to use and occupy the <br /> facility identified by the State Department of Accounting and General Services as the Former Honoka'a <br /> Vector Control Building. The State no longer uses this facility and is willing to grant the use through a <br /> Revocable Right-of-Entry to the County. The General Services Section will use and occupy it as a satellite <br /> office and base yard to service the area from Laupahoehoe to Kohala.
