4oJNtV os\,1'.' rr <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII 999 '_=- .s STATE OF HAWAII <br /> �r�•cF•N�u+ <br /> BILL NO. 11 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1-1 20 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 2 OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO MOVING <br /> VEHICLES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to assign right of way to vehicles entering <br /> onto bridge no. 43-8. Pa'auilo Mauka Road in the area of the subject bridge is a one lane road. <br /> This provision creates a vehicle yield on the bridge where it is wide enough for two cars to pass. <br /> There will be two yield conditions on bridge No. 43-8, one at each end. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-265, Schedule 13. Yield <br /> locations, subsection (a), Hamakua, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), <br /> is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ( ) Pa`auilo Mauka Road, westbound and eastbound departures to bridge no. 43-8. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />
