NAGATA, AND ELAINE FUKUSHIMA TO THE KONA <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN ACTION COMMITTEE <br />From Mayor Billy Kenoi, dated February 15, 2013, requesting the Council's review and <br />favorable confirmation of the above nominations. <br />Comm. 164: <br />(Res. 75 -13) <br />URGES THE MAYOR TO IMMEDIATELY IMPLEMENT THE WEST HAWAII <br />SCHOOL IMPACT FEE <br />From Council Member Margaret Wille, dated February 21, 2013, urging the Mayor to <br />implement Title 18, Chapter 302A, Section 302A -1601 through 302A -1612 of the <br />Hawaii Revised Statutes.
