BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Pursuant to Act 213, SLH 2007 as amended by Act 158, SLH 2008, Item C-90.01, the Governor <br /> authorizes the use of State Funds for the purchase of right-of-way for the Puainako Street Extension <br /> Project. <br /> We are requesting an appropriation in the Capital Projects Fund to account for the reimbursable <br /> expenditures.
