BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> Director of Finance is authorized to enter into negotiations for the acquisition of the parcel <br /> described as TMK: 9-2-185:049, pursuant to the terms of this resolution. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance is authorized to initiate any <br /> funding mechanisms required for the acquisition of this parcel, including but not limited to funds <br /> from private sources, county departments and agencies, general obligation bonds, any state and <br /> federal grants. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawai`i is directed to <br /> transmit copies of this Resolution to the Honorable William P.
