CRAIG PICKETT declares, under penalty of perjury, that: <br /> 1. I am the sole executive officer of 1250 Oceanside Partners, <br /> Front Nine, LLC, and Pacific Star Company, LLC, the debtors and debtors-in- <br /> possession in these proceedings (each a "Debtor," and collectively, the <br /> "Debtors"). I am also the designated individual responsible for the performance <br /> of the duties of the Debtors as debtors-in-possession. <br /> 2. I make this Declaration in support of the various "first day" <br /> motions and applications filed in these Chapter 11 proceedings. <br /> 3. Except as otherwise indicated, all of the facts set forth in this <br /> Declaration are based upon my personal knowledge and my review of relevant <br /> documents. I am competent to testify to the matters herein set forth and, if <br /> called upon to do so, I could and would testify to the facts set forth herein. <br /> 4.
