7. Since my retirement from Ernst & Young, I have directed the <br /> passive investment activities of a small number of private clients. I am on three <br /> boards of directors, two for companies headquartered in Singapore and one in <br /> Houston. One of the firms for which I provide services is Sunchase Holdings, <br /> the principal of which is also one of the principals of Sun Kona Finance I, the <br /> Debtors' major secured creditor. <br /> II. <br /> PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND <br /> 8.
