Kenoi, via Communication No. 154 dated <br /> February 21, 2013, amends the Beautification Fund of Ordinance No. 12-86, as amended, the <br /> Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013. The <br /> amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 070.3609.10 Fund Balance from Previous Year Beautification $ 97,000 <br /> To: <br /> 070.301.5304.12 Roadside Beautification - OCE Beautification $ 72,000 <br /> 070.500.5551.02 Parks Roadside Beautification- OCE $ 25,000 <br /> Fund appropriation of$72,000 (Roadside Beautification), for use by the Department of Public <br /> Works; and fund appropriation of$25,000 (Parks Roadside Beautification), for use by the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation. <br /> Pursuant to Section 10-8, Hawai`i County Charter, when during any fiscal year there are available <br /> any funds for appropriation, the mayor shall certify to the county council and the county council may <br /> amend or make supplemental appropriations for the year up to the amount of available revenues. <br /> Such appropriations may be made by ordinance effective immediately upon adoption. <br /> FC Report No. 43 <br />
