............ <br /> ..,��.�,�,+• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII .; STATE O F HAWAII <br /> •i�Tt• N►�+'• <br /> BILL NO. 29 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. i 1 34 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24-275 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> BUS STOPS AND PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. This measure was generated due to the Traffic Division's observation that <br /> having the existing bus stop directly adjacent to the marked parking stalls impedes pull-in access to <br /> the bus stop area. The proposed location for the bus stop will allow the addition of one parking stall <br /> and a 46' no parking zone/gap for the buses to use for a pull-in area to access the relocated bus stop. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops <br /> and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (c) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by revising existing item: <br /> (1) Aupuni Street, southwest side, from a point seven hundred SEVENTY-THREE SEVEN <br /> feet southeast of Pauahi Street and extending forty FOUR feet in the southeasterly <br /> direction. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br />
