No. 827/Bill No. 294 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 4:22 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 294, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 294,transmitted by Council Member Brittany Smart via Communication No. 827, dated August <br /> 28, 2012, amends Ordinance No. 12-87, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing <br /> thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, by adding the following project: <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Ocean View Business District Water Infrastructure Improvements $ 5,700,000 <br /> (110.499.5498.02) <br /> Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $ 5,700,000 <br /> Fund Balance and/or other Sources(Grants) <br /> Ms. Smart commented that this project will utilize the help of the Air National Guard training program, <br /> and stated further that this is a true partnership with all who is involved.
