PWPRC-16 March 27, 2013 <br /> Applicant Josh Porter came forward to address committee member Margaret Willie's question <br /> about landscaping. Mr. Porter stated that all existing plants are being kept and more trees will be <br /> added to work with the traffic pattern in the area. He also stated that his company is adding one <br /> new building for its Fastlube operation. <br /> Project Coordinator David Lyman and Plans Examining Manager Neil Erickson from the Public <br /> Works Department Building Division came forward to answer questions from committee <br /> members. <br /> Ms. Ford asked for clarification on the location of the business as it was not clearly shown on the <br /> photos provided. Ms. Eoff verified that it is located right across from the West Hawai`i Today <br /> building. <br /> Mr. Lyman confirmed that the applicant came before the Kailua Village Design Group and <br /> received favorable recommendation.
