The bill establishes new <br />payment methods for commercial haulers, and reduces the grace period before which <br />a finance charge is implemented from 60 days to thirty 30 days for all overdue <br />collections of solid waste fees. <br />Postponed: March 27, 2013 <br />(Note: There is a pending motion to refer Bill 44 [Comm. 1811 to the <br />Director of the Department of Environmental Management and the <br />Environmental Commission for review and comment pursuant to Hawaii <br />County Code Section 2 -207.) <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
