Arikawa, of Council District 3 to the County of <br /> Hawai'i Water Board. Mr. Arikawa is lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is employed by <br /> Ginoza Realty Inc., as a realtor and property manager. <br /> Mr. Arikawa is presently a director on the Hilo High School Foundation and the <br /> Kanoelehua Industrial Area Association. He is a past president of the Hilo Little League <br /> and a past director of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hawai'i. <br /> Mr. Arikawa states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
