HEALY TO THE NATIONAL FREIGHT ADVISORY COMMITTEE The U.S. Department of Transportation is soliciting nominations for membership to the National Freight Advisory Committee (NFAC). States that Mr. Healy has been a vocal proponent of local governments working with freight, shipping, and railroad industries, and requests the U.S. Secretary of Transportation appoint him to NFAC to represent the views and interests of the counties of the United States. There is no change to the total amount of the bond authorization of $56,000,000.
