Land Ownership: Michael K. And Thuy Fujimoto aze the owners of the subject <br /> property. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. Request: The applicants aze proposing to change the existing Agricultural land use <br /> designation to Rural and a Change of Zone by changing the district classification from <br /> Agricultural (A-Sa) to Residential and Agricultural (RA-2a) for approximately 5.0001 <br /> acres of land. <br /> 3. Objectives: "The applicants aze proposing to create a two lot subdivision using a <br /> 2.4412 acre portion neaz the Kawaihae Road and a 2.5589 acre pazcel adjacent to the <br /> access road. <br /> "The existing lot presently has an access point off of Kanehoa Drive that will <br /> accommodate the two proposed lots. See accompanying rezoning exhibit map. <br /> "Both of these lots aze presently undeveloped." <br /> 4.
