<br />Pursuant to Section 104 of the Hawaii County Charter, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Council of the County of Hawaii to consider the proposed Operating Budget and Capital
<br />Budget for fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. Public testimony will be taken at the hearing.
