BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing regarding the matters set forth in <br /> the Corrected Map, Preliminary Assessment Roll, Description of Assessment Units and <br /> Construction Bid shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on June 4, 2013, at the West Hawai`i Civic Center <br /> Council Chambers. The Clerk shall cause notice of the public hearing to be advertised, mailed <br /> and posted in the same manner as provided in Section 12-10 of the Hawai`i County Code. Such <br /> notice shall include information regarding the total cost of the Special Improvements, the <br /> contents of the Preliminary Assessment Roll, that the Corrected Map, Preliminary Assessment <br /> Roll and Description of Assessment Units will be available for inspection at the Office of the <br /> Manager-Chief Engineer of the Department of Water Supply during business hours prior to the <br /> public hearing, and the time, date, and place of the public hearing. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon <br /> adoption thereof <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit copies of this <br /> Resolution to: the Honorable Mayor William P.
