Recommended for approval <br /> by the HCHA on April 8, 2013. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted a Resolution <br /> authorizing the exemption of certain code requirements, pursuant to section 201 H-38 of <br /> the Hawaii Revised Statutes for the proposed Hilo Adult Day Center at Mohouli Heights <br /> Senior Housing Program in South Hilo to the Hawaii County Housing Agency and <br /> received approval on April 8, 2013.
