;tYof"a -• '` <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII :' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ' �>E of•N►.P . <br /> BILL NO. 61 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5 OF THE HAWAII <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to address a request by Keonepoko <br /> Elementary School to improve traffic safety during student drop-off and pick-up times. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking <br /> at anytime, subsection (g), Puna, Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), is amended <br /> by adding new item and renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) Kahakai Boulevard, northeast (makai) side, between the two driveways of <br /> Keonepoko Elementary School along the southwest property line of parcel <br /> number 1-5-009:059. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br /> and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
