Ms. lokepa-Moses is 20-year resident of Hawaii. She is <br /> presently a land manager, employed by Ka'u Farms Management. <br /> Ms. lokepa-Moses is the chairperson of the Ka'u Soil Water Conservation Board and <br /> the Ka'u Coffee Festival. She is also the secretary of the Ka'u Farm Bureau. <br /> Ms. lokepa-Moses states that she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, <br /> she will serve a term to end on December 31, 2017, replacing Robert Meierdiercks <br /> whose term expired on December 31, 2012. <br /> I would like to respectfully request this nomination be waived out of committee to fill this <br /> vacancy as soon as possible.
