Andreae of Council District 8, to the Kailua Village Design Commission. She is a 35-year resident of Hawaii. Ms. Andrae was previously a member of this commission from June 2006 to December 2007. From 1992 to 1998, she was a teacher/director at Hawaii Montessori Schools. Ms. Andreae is a member of the Kailua-Kona Orchid Society and a former member of the Kona Outdoor Circle and Kona Historical Society. She states that she is not affiliated with any political party. Ms. Andrae was confirmed in January 2012 to replace Eugene Power whose term was to expire on December 31.2012. If confirmed, she will be eligible to succeed herself for an additional full term of three years, which will end on December 31, 2015.
