34. Governing Law. It is agreed that this lease agreement shall be governed by,construed,and <br /> enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. <br /> 35. Special Conditions. This offer shall be subject to the approval of the Hawai`i County Council. <br /> 36. Agency Disclosure. The County of Hawai`i is represented by the Property Management <br /> Division,Department of Finance,County of Hawai`i in this transaction. <br /> 37. Entire Agreement. This lease agreement,along with the accompanying Offer to Lease for the <br /> aforementioned premises,contains the entire agreement between the parties.
