BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> In accordance with Section 101-13, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Resolution 21-13 authorized the acquisition of <br /> private property by eminent domain, TMK (3) 2-2-014-010:0057 (POR), Suite 229B, situated at the Hilo <br /> Lagoon Centre for the Dept. of Liquor Control for the renovation of the Liquor Conference Room to be ADA <br /> compliant. Fair market value, as determined by a certified real estate appraiser, is $222,300.00.
