Amends <br />Section 2 -178, Purchase and sale of affected properties, to state that the Planning <br />Director shall not accept applications for relocation of any affected property <br />90 days after the effective date of the ordinance; and amends Section 2 -181, <br />Expenditures from fund, to allow community benefit expenditures only if monies <br />in the fund exceed the total assessed property value for geothermal relocation. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
