No. 242/Bill No. 62 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:30 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Kona, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 62, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 62, transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.
