Kamakoa Nui at Waikoloa is a Workforce Housing Community developed by the County of Hawaii <br /> and overseen by the Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD). <br /> Habitat for Humanity West Hawaii, a nonprofit organization which has successfully completed the construction <br /> of 19 new homes, 18 critical home repairs and other projects in West Hawai`i,has agreed to construct the exact <br /> home as determined by the Kamakoa Nui community development plans and specifications.
