An approved Application for Sewer Extension and Location Map are enclosed as <br /> supporting documentation. <br /> The initial phase of the project is to serve Tax Map Keys (TMKs) 7-4-021:010 and a portion of <br /> TMK 7-4-021:012 which is owned and developed by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands <br /> (DHHL). The Applicant elects to construct the proposed extension and bear the total cost of the <br /> installation and requests reimbursement for the cost of the sewer extension in accordance with <br /> Section 21-28(a), Hawai'i County Code. <br /> The initial phase of the work involves installation of sewer infrastructure within the proposed road <br /> right-of-ways and connection to the public sewer system via existing stubouts at the Keanalehu <br /> Drive—Maua Place and Keanalehu Drive—Ko'oko'olau Street intersections. The sewer extension <br /> serving the Phase 1 development will permit the wastewater generated from this phase of the <br /> subdivision to be treated at the County's Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant.
