No. 235 (A Resolution Acknowledging Receipt of a Corrected Map, Preliminary Assessment Roll, Description of Assessment Units to be Assessed and Construction Contract Bid of the Lowest Responsible and Reliable Bidder for a Water System Improvement District for The Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision, and Setting the Date, Time, and Place Of a Public Hearing to be held Concerning Such Items Pursuant to Section 12-27, Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended.)) Dear Chair Yoshimoto and Council Members: It has been brought to the attention of the County Clerk that the "Preliminary Assessment Roll" attached as Exhibit "B"to Resolution No. 98-13, listing tax map key numbers, the names, current addresses of property owners, and the situs address, contained a non-substantive typographical error. On page two of Exhibit"B"the number"73" is incorrectly listed on several addresses in the situs address column when it should have been listed as number "72". A revised Exhibit "B" ("Preliminary Assessment Roll") correcting this non-substantive typographical error is attached to this communication and will be made available for review at the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on June 4, 2013, at the West Hawai'i Civic Center.
