The bill would amend Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), to include compost and mulch operations as a permitted use in the Residential Agricultural (RA), Family Agricultural (FA), Agricultural (A), Intensive Agricultural (IA), Limited Industrial (ML), and General Industrial (MG) Zoning Districts.
