PC -10 Page 2 June 4, 2013 <br />Comm. 295: AMENDS CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 5, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(Bill 87) (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TO INCLUDE COMPOST AND MULCH <br />OPERATIONS AS A PERMITTED USE IN ALL AGRICULTURAL ZONING <br />DISTRICTS AND LIMITED AND GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br />From Council Member Brenda Ford, dated May 16, 2013. The bill would amend <br />Chapter 25 (Zoning Code), to include compost and mulch operations as a permitted use <br />in the Residential Agricultural (RA), Family Agricultural (FA), Agricultural (A), <br />Intensive Agricultural (IA), Limited Industrial (ML), and General Industrial (MG) <br />Zoning Districts. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities. Persons who need special accommodations <br />for this meeting should call 961 -8245 by May 30, 2013.
