We respectfully ask this matter be placed on the June 19, 2013, Council <br /> meeting agenda. <br /> Although we are not requesting this matter be discussed in executive session, <br /> one or more Council members may have questions that pertain to the Council's powers, <br /> duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
