Mr. Obenski is a 7-year resident of Hawaii. He is <br /> a retired consulting engineer who specialized in forensic engineering reconstruction of <br /> accidents. Mr. Obenski is a member of the Rotary Club of Kona Mauka and the <br /> president of the Kona President Property Owners Association. He is the chairman of <br /> the Kona Traffic Safety Committee, and a member of the Kona Crime Prevention <br /> Committee and the Hawaii Traffic Safety Council. <br /> Mr. Obenski states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
