4oJ,;tY or....' <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII 8_ :' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 63 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. i:1 71 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24-280 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to revise the existing no parking at anytime <br /> zone to include a seventy-five foot portion of Ali`i Drive north of Kaleiopapa Street and to put the <br /> entry in the Hawai`i County Code. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking at <br /> anytime, subsection (f), of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by <br /> adding new item and renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) Ali`i Drive, west (makai side), from a point seventy-five feet north of Kaleiopapa <br /> Street and extending four hundred twenty-two feet in the southerly direction. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br /> and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
