COUNTY OF HAWAII 8_ :' STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 63 ORDINANCE NO. i:1 71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24-280 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to revise the existing no parking at anytime zone to include a seventy-five foot portion of Ali`i Drive north of Kaleiopapa Street and to put the entry in the Hawai`i County Code. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking at anytime, subsection (f), of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new item and renumbering as required: ( ) Ali`i Drive, west (makai side), from a point seventy-five feet north of Kaleiopapa Street and extending four hundred twenty-two feet in the southerly direction. SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
