The agreement covers the period from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2017. <br /> Cost items presented for your consideration are across-the-board increases, step movements, an <br /> increase of the firearm maintenance allowance, and increases in Standard of Conduct Differential <br /> pay (SOCD). <br /> Attached as exhibits to the resolution are schedules showing the total cost of these adjustments <br /> over the term of the contract. <br /> Aloha, <br /> William P.
