HOPE Services, Service Providers of the Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini ("Provider") has <br /> been selected as a Section 8 Project-Based Voucher project (the "Project") by the OHCD, <br /> utilizing the Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program's evaluation process. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year Housing Assistance <br /> Payment Contract (Agreement) with HOPE Services.
