PC -13 Page 2 August 6, 2013 <br />Comm. 358: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 4, DIVISION 5 AND <br />(Bill 102) ARTICLE 7, DIVISION 2 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 <br />EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN RESIDENTIAL <br />DENSITY, INCLUDING PARKING REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE <br />DOWNTOWN HILO COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated July 2, 2013, transmitting the above bill and <br />enclosures, with a favorable recommendation from the Windward Planning <br />Commission. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
