There is appropriated out of the <br /> 20 general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of <br /> 21 $900 , 000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for <br /> 22 fiscal year 2014-2015 for the Pacific international space <br /> 23 center for exploration systems for personnel costs , <br />
