. B . NO . <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> RELATING TO EDUCATION. <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: <br /> 1 SECTION 1 . There is appropriated out of the general <br /> 2 revenues of the state of Hawai ' i the sum of $38 , 000 , 000 or so <br /> 3 much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2014-2015 for <br /> 4 construction of permanent infrastructure and facilities for the <br /> 5 University of Hawai ' i at Hilo Daniel K. Inouye College of <br /> 6 Pharmacy. <br /> 7 The sum appropriated shall be expended by the University of <br /> 8 Hawai ' i at Hilo for the purposes of this Act . <br /> 9 SECTION 2 .
