BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> Hawai`i State Association of Counties is requested to include in its 2014 legislative package a <br /> bill appropriating $2,800,000, or funds as may be necessary, out of the general revenue of the <br /> State of Hawai`i for a primary care training program at the University of Hawai`i at Hilo as <br /> provided in Exhibit A. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is directed to <br /> transmit copies of this Resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P.
