BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The County of Hawaii owns lands in the District of Hamakua, County and State of Hawaii including those <br /> identified by tax map key (3) 4-3-007:001. Resolution 38-11 authorized the lease of certain County of <br /> Hawaii owned lands, which includes these parcels, and required that the negotiated lease agreement for <br /> those lands be accepted by the County Council pursuant to Section 2-114(d) of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> Attached is the negotiated agreement between Abba's Garden LLC and the County of Hawaii to submit to the <br /> County Council pursuant to Resolution 38-11 so that it may be accepted in accordance with Section 2-114(d) <br /> of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> SIGNED: I DATE: <br /> Departmenri ea. <br />
