There is appropriated out of the general <br /> revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much <br /> thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2013-2014 and the <br /> same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year <br /> 2014-2015 for the use of audio or audiovisual technology <br /> throughout the State to enable neighbor island residents to <br /> present live oral testimony at legislative committee hearings . <br /> The sums appropriated shall be expended by the chief <br /> information officer for the purposes of this Act . <br /> SECTION 5 .
