Adds the Public Works, Waianuenue Avenue Improvements projects - Federal ($280,000), and - County ($70,000) for a total of $350,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable ($280,000) and General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and /or other Sources ($70,000).
