Correa Jr Trust) (Area: 6.003 acres) <br />From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated July 22, 2013, transmitting the above bill with a <br />favorable recommendation from the Windward Planning Commission. The applicant is <br />requesting a seven year extension to comply with Condition C (time to secure final <br />subdivision approval) and Condition K (deadline for fair share payment).
