The property is located on the south side of the Mamalahoa Highway, east of the <br /> Pu`u Nani Subdivision, Pu'ukapu Homesteads, 2nd Series, South Kohala, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> Change of Zone from Agricultural 5-acre(A-5a) to Family Agricultural- 2 acres <br /> (FA-2a) for approximately 5.001 acres of land to subdivide the property into two lots <br /> approximately two acres each.
