BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED : <br /> This project will replace the existing culvert, with a wider and longer bridge, over the <br /> Waiaha drainageway on Ali`i Drive. The existing concrete culvert has an insufficient <br /> design flow capacity and is structurally deficient and functionally obsolete. This is an <br /> increase in the appropriation to allow for consultant design services.
