JNZY OfN� <br /> • <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII S,111:.: STATE OF HAWAII <br /> TE OF•N►i1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 173 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO THE <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR ELECTRONIC SCOREBOARDS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division has identified the <br /> need for electronic scoreboards, at Andrews Gym, Kawananakoa Gym, Pana`ewa Play Courts, <br /> Shipman Gym, and Waiakea Uka Gym; and <br /> WHEREAS, the electronic scoreboards would facilitate and enhance the scorekeeping <br /> capabilities for individual and multiple games, while keeping the spectators informed; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, for the purchase of the five electronic <br /> scoreboards; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,018 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,018 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $2,018 <br /> Recreation Div OCE, Educ-Recr-Scientif <br /> (Andrews Gym, Kawananakoa Gym, Pana`ewa <br /> Play Courts, Shipman Gym, Waiakea Uka Gym, <br /> Electronic Scoreboards) <br />
