AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL—ONE ACRE (A-1 a) AND SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL— 10,000 SQUARE FEET(RS-10) TO UNIVERSITY(UNV), AND THE DELETION OF THE PROPOSED 80-FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY CONNECTING KOMOHANA STREET AND KUMUKOA STREET, AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEYS 2-4-001:005, PORTION OF 007, 041, 162, 163, 167 AND 2-4-056:017. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1.
